- 06:06 AM: Piriformis: outside of foot on mattress, opposite hand on ankle, same side hand on knee, lean in
- 06:08 AM: Elevated McKenzie Extension: palms on mattress, pelvis into mattress
- 06:09 AM: Standing Lat: arms out, forehead against mattress, legs bent, hips flexed
